I graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology.  After graduation, I took the opportunity to do volunteer work for a couple of years.  I joined AmeriCorps and served two years doing disaster relief efforts.  After AmeriCorps, I was ready to get back into the health and fitness world.  I went to massage therapy school in St. Louis and started my career as a Licensed Massage Therapist at an Aveda Salon and Spa.  I moved back to Kansas after a couple of years and began working as a Chiropractic Assistant and Physiotherapist at Advanced Healthcare & Sports Injury.  Being part of a sports chiropractic office further strengthened my desire to help people in more ways than just massage.
In the past two years, I have been able to expand my services by taking over 100 hours of continuing education to ensure I offer the best to my clients. Combining massage and fitness has allowed me to help more people in more ways, which is why I started Advanced Massage & Fitness.   My mission is to assist people on their path to wellness, no matter if it's through rejuvenating the mind, body, or both.  In my spare time, I love being with my family and friends, especially on the lake.  I also enjoy playing sports, volunteering and playing with my two cats, Bella and Ralph.
